We had the pleasure of hosting a special gathering at HETCH together with iCY last week. Ice tech like you’ve never seen it, with iCY and one of the world’s best bartenders Alain Achkar from Amelia Dubai serving drinks for our startups and investors.
What started in Mikael Ljungdahl’s kitchen in Helsingborg has today grown into a globally recognized ice tech company. iCY now creates handcrafted signature ice using pure Nordic freshwater and custom 3D-printed cuts that take any drink to the next level. Today, they work with global clients and remain the only company in the world doing what they do.
